Why I blog

I haven’t written in years but with all of my stress and anxiety I thought it would be a good idea to pick it back up. For the last couple of months I have been working very hard to improve my mental and physical health. I have made a lot of progress but there is always room to improve. I want to have all the steps in place while I am not working so that when I do begin work again I can easily continue the steps I have already taken. I want to be a better person and I want to be a healthier person. That time starts now and only I can make it happen. Only I can continue to make it who I am.
